Who We Are
James, Fink, & House, P.A. is a Little Rock law firm which handles cases throughout Arkansas and across the United States of America. The firm’s practice areas are primarily litigation-based. The firm’s attorneys are licensed to practice law in all courts within the State of Arkansas, as well as many other courts across the country. Our attorneys have past experience working in large law firms, small law firms, and serving as in-house counsel at corporations. They have spoken at numerous legal seminars, authored multiple law review articles and other publications, and are actively involved in their community.
Our clients not only know and have direct access to the attorneys working on their case, but also maintain regular contact with the support staff members who assist the attorneys. The size of the firm is large enough to handle complex litigation, but small enough to ensure that clients receive individualized attention to their cases.

The firm not only represents individuals, small businesses, sole proprietorships, partnerships, corporations, and limited liability companies, but also Arkansas-based and national Fortune 500 companies. James, Fink, & House, P.A. does not exclusively represent plaintiffs or defendants, individuals or business entities, or employers or employees – our practice is instead composed of many types of clients needing assistance with respect to many types of legal matters.

Our Approach to Litigation
James, Fink, & House, P.A.’s experience has confirmed that litigation can often be a demanding, emotional, and expensive experience for any client. For this reason, we always consider it essential to first explore all available avenues that may lead to an amicable resolution, so long as both the client and our firm believe that the settlement offer is in the client's best interest. This step is critical because once we commence litigation, we never desire that the client or our firm ever question why we did not fully attempt to resolve the issue without litigation. This is especially true for plaintiffs or other parties seeking damages or other relief.
Similarly, if you are coming to us because you are a present or potential defendant in litigation we will explore whether there are any possible avenues for resolving the case prior to full-blown litigation. When we commence litigation, it is because that is what we and our client believe is the only reasonable option at that point left available. We will zealously litigate the case on our client’s behalf to achieve the best results possible.
